Chapter D2- Chromosome 9 Traced to 1600s Chamberlains. The Chamberlain Story has traced a piece of DNA on chromosome 9 back to one of the parents of Thomas, Edmond and William Chamberlain. (23&me Advanced DNA Comparisons) These three  brothers immigrated to America in the 1600s.

Chapter D3- DNA of John and the Sons of Thomas Chamberlain  On Ancestry DNA “Thrulines”, six DNA matches of Spencer Chamberlain with his uncles, Jedediah Sr and Increase Sr confirm that John Chamberlain is their brother and therefore, Spencer Chamberlain’s father. John is the son of Thomas Chamberlain and Abigail Pierce of Westmoreland, New Hampshire.

The story of how my African ancestors arrived in Scotland began centuries earlier. (This was on my maternal line)
